Monthly Favorites : June / 2013

This month my monthly favorites are my Gossip Girl & One Tree Hill Box Sets. 

I have been a BIG fan of Gossip Girl since it Started, watched every episode on TV and brought some seasons individually (1, 2 & 3) on DVD. When the Complete Series came out I decide to sell my individual DVDS and get the complete boxset because I liked the look of it and I didn't have all the seasons on DVD anyway. So it made sense to buy the Complete Series as I also had a Amazon £15 pounds off Voucher..

I brought One Tree Hill because I had seen a couple of seasons on TV and never seen it all the way through from 1-9, so when it sadly ending I knew I had to get my hands on the boxset and watch it all (currently on season 7 episode 11).

Kindleworm?!

So Reading is good for you, right?! It Improves your vocabulary, It stimulates your brain and numerous of other things, that's some of the reasons why I brought my Kindle Fire HD. I used to read all the time but lately I've let it slip a bit. So I decided to treat myself and buy a few more eBooks :) 

Obviously I brought the new Sara Shepard books. Which are Book 13 of the Pretty Little Liars series 'Crushed' and Book 2 of The Lying Game Novella series 'True Lies'. I brought them because they are one of my favorite novels to read as they don't follow the TV series much, Which makes them even more interesting.

I also brought the latest novel in The Fame series, 'Infamous' by Lauren Conrad which is another great book for the summer or to take on your holidays.

A couple of weeks ago sadly, My umbrella broke. So ever since I have wanted to get a new one, I had seen a couple I liked but I wanted to get the perfect one. So I ended up getting a Radley Umbrella..

As you can see it's Red, White and Black, It as the Radley dog pretty logo all over it (this umbrella design is called 'THAMES' )

Also has the crooked handle which I always go for when getting a umbrella.

I can't really comment on it's performance as I have only just got it today, but it feels really strong and looks so pretty. I am really pleased with my purchase.

Sounds like Noise by M.A.C + Hayley Williams

I've been wanting to get some Orange lipstick for a while now because it's something I've never tired before and it's different from all the other lipsticks I have. I tired some in a Cosmetic store and wasn't sure what to think? They were either to bright or not bright enough! But while I was internet browsing I stumbled across the Hayley Williams and M.A.C take on the Orange lipstick called Sounds like Noise (which
is Limited Edition).

I Love the lipstick, I have been wearing it quite a lot lately. It has the right color balance bright but not to bright and it lasts quite along time too. (which is always a good thing) Basically everything I look for in a lipstick.

A LiArs Guide to Rosewood

So if you already know me you will know I'm a HUGE Pretty Little Liars Fan. I have watched it right from the very beginning! I have been on the edge of my seat with every episode, following all the mystery notes and texts and dying to know who 'A' was/is. 

Now the premiere for Season 4 airs tonight in America I'm really excited what this season will bring :) and hopefully get some answers 'Is Ali dead?', 'Does she have a twin?', 'Is she really Redcoat?' and whats the mystery behind Jason 'where did he go?' 'Is he in the Trunk?', I'm sure I will find out soon enough!...

If you have never watched it before I highly recommend it: If you like shows like Gossip Girl, 90210 or One Tree Hill you should definitely give it a go! It will make you laugh, make you cry and definitely keeping you wanting more! 

If you want to catch up before tonight or you are a newbie I recommend you watch A LiArs Guide to Rosewood, It basically tells you all you need to know from the last 3 seasons.

Clarks Miss Chantal Handbag

Here I have the Clarks Miss Chantal Handbag. I got this a couple of days ago and I really like it, so I thought I'll do a post about it. I first saw the bag in  Birmingham on a day out with my partner and my baby boy Billie-Joe, As soon as I saw it I fell in love with it (as you do!) I didn't get it on the day but i did purchase it a couple of days later, after seeing it on the website listed as 'Editors Picks' 'Best Seller' I knew I had to get it!

It's very stylish and very good quality. It has a lot of room for Books, Make-Up, Toiletries etc...

Also comes with long shoulder strap which is very handy for dressing up or down. It has two big side pockets and a main section in the middle with usual phone/zip compartments with orange/red fabric lining.
